One in the morning and everyone in my house is asleep. I’m playing some COD and @GetSpectrum is so ass that it can’t support one PS4 Ethernet cable and my phone running. Just completely drops. I’d like to run some League play since I just got off work but guess not. Thanks 👌🏼

@Ask_Spectrum Why does my Bally Sports Channel ( ch.29 ) freeze up at least twice a week? It makes it difficult to watch the Reds games when it freezes up every 5 minutes. It’s never an issue with any other channel. It’s starting to get annoying. @BallySportsCIN @Reds

Update 3: @GetSpectrum continues to screw me and lie to my face. They scheduled the new tech to come out and run lines but no one showed up. I called and they said they could MAYBE reschedule tomorrow. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT A WEEK FOR THIS TO BE DONE! **** YOU SPECTRUM!!!
